Choice Healthplans, the first national online employee benefits administrator, has opened
full-service offices in Scotch Plains, N.J., a suburb of New York City, Hinsdale, IL, a
Chicago suburb, and Richmond, VA to better serve its clients and members across the
country as it continues its rapid growth. Americas Choice Healthplans owns and
operates the first national online employee benefits administrator providing real-time,
interactive benefit management, administration and reporting for employees, employers and
participating health care providers over the Internet.
"We are rapidly expanding deployment of our client service resources across the
country. The regions we picked in which to open our new offices have high levels of either
technology, information or software companies, all of which tend to leverage the
Internet," says Clelland Green, president of Americas Choice Healthplans.
"Companies
which tend to leverage the Internet prefer our company over others because of our
status as the first national online third-party benefits administrator."
The Scotch Plains office will serve northern New Jersey, northern and western
Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and New England, while clients in Virginia, Maryland and
Washington, D.C. will be served by the Richmond location. The Hinsdale office covers
Chicago, Dallas, Texas, California, and the mid-west states.
Americas Choice plans to open offices in San Francisco, Dallas and Atlanta within
a few years. Those sites, along with the New York and Chicago area offices will be
operational hubs to support client, member and sales development in those regions of the
country.
